GRINDER

  • Must have 3-5 years of grinding and manual machine operation experience
  • Operate mills, lathes, ID/OD grinders
  • Ability to use micrometers, calipers and other measuring devices
  • HS diploma or equivalent required

NDT LEVEL I TECHNICIAN

  • Perform magnetic particle/penetrant inspections, specific calibrations, product interpretations and evaluations
  • Follow procedures in the techniques and methods in accordance with specifications. Receive necessary instruction and supervision from Level II or Level III inspection
  • Assist Cleaner/Etcher as needed to prepare parts and work directly with Quality department as needed
  • HS diploma or equivalent required
  • Level I NDT Certification required

POLISHER

  • Review job instructions, inspect and evaluate the condition of the parts. Select proper equipment to process the desired metal finish
  • Perform all types of blasting, and may blend plated parts using hand held angle grinder
  • Measure material thickness and check RMA upon completion of polishing to ensure compliance to job specification
  • Transfer parts to the quality department for inspection
  • May perform zinc or manganese phosphating and black oxide
  • HS diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ years of experience in grinding, deburring, or polishing metal parts

CHROME PLATER (Trainee)

  • Review work instructions, determine the type of material to be coated/masked based on the material and plating requirements
  • Calculate the surface to be plated, set controls of rectifier, load the part in the plating tank
  • Unmask, rinse, inspect parts for conformance with size and thickness requirements and place parts in oven for baking
  • Excellent technical abilities, including ability to interpret drawings and technical specifications
  • Ability to work to schedule and perform duties with a high degree of quality in a variety of conditions and constraints
  • HS diploma or equivalent required
  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing environment, aerospace experience preferred

THERMAL SPRAY OPERATOR

  • Perform masking, blasting or blending operations
  • Apply thermal spray coating to parts
  • Set the parameters and pressure to operate the thermal spray equipment
  • HS diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience welding, painting or thermal spray preferred
  • Excellent math and mechanical skills

MACHINIST (CNC LATHE OPERATOR)

  • Must have 3-5 years of grinding and CNC experience
  • Operate mills, Haas lathes, ID/OD grinders
  • Ability to use micrometers, calipers and other measuring devices
  • HS diploma or equivalent required

PRODUCTION HELPER (Paint)

  • Receive work assignments and schedules from the department supervisors
  • Pull materials needed for processing, follow guidelines as directed then perform the appropriate procedure
  • Record work performed and transfer parts to the next appropriate processing level
  • Painting experience a plus, but not required
  • HS diploma or equivalent required

MASKER (Paint)

  • Apply/remove masking to parts and/or any other associated operations that may be required per the work instructions, such as pre-cleaning, trimming, pulling, dipping, etc
  • Ability to use calipers, rulers and other measuring devices
  • Independent motivation and detail oriented
  • Good basic math skills
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints or drawings
  • HS diploma or equivalent required
